Privacy policy and register description

At Tamkosmo, we only collect such information about our customers which is necessary for confirming and delivering orders. The customer data comprises the name, email address (for confirming orders and for any required safety or other bulletins) and delivery address (for delivering orders) of the customer. We also save product information (product name, size, quantity), order and dispatch dates, notices of defects, or any other events related to the order, such as returns, replacements, refunds, etc.

We do not collect any other information about our customers besides the information provided by them on the order form. Customer data is not shared with anyone else.

The customer register of Tamkosmo consists of order forms completed by companies and private consumers. Customers can request that we delete their information from the customer register. In that case, data related to orders and contacts, such as information on the right to return and warranty, is also deleted, so we recommend our customers to keep the payment receipt. The company does not collect any information related to payment cards or bank accounts, or any other information related to monetary transactions.

Tamkosmo compiles various types of statistics about customer orders for sales analyses; however, all information related to private individuals is eliminated.
