Right to return

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer may return an unused product within 14 days of its reception. The payment is refunded within 30 days of returning the product.

An order can be cancelled, if it has not yet been delivered.

Notice of defects

Please contact our customer service with the contact form available on our website within 14 days of receiving the product. The time limit can be extended, if the notice of defect concerns an issue which appears later in connection with the use of the product. A defective or otherwise incorrect product may be returned free of postal charge. The product will be replaced with an undamaged/correct product, or the price will be refunded to the customer.

Private customers

• Prices include value added tax (24%).
• Payment to the bank account of Tamkosmo within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation (copy of the order together with bank account information), otherwise the order is cancelled.

Businesses

• Prices include value added tax (24%).
• Advance payment to Tamkosmo according to the order confirmation and bank account information provided, or invoice (pdf) after credit status inquiry and delivery of the product.
• The term of payment is 7 days net from receiving the invoice.

Delivery

• Domestic orders: 5 € postage in Finland for orders under 100 €.
• Foreign orders: please contact us via [email protected].
• Delivery time approx. 8 working days.
